With our lives increasingly driven by external stimuli, we all need a chance to recalibrate internally by devoting attention to the state of our bodies and our minds. Yoga and mindfulness classes at TRUEBODY start with establishing intentions for our practice, and then offering patient guidance, with the understanding that progress is always gradual. Every class is balanced and purposeful. Even when our classes challenge your abilities, Yoga is free of competition, and every student is encouraged to expand their practice at their own pace, exploring their own range and limits on that day. Experienced instructors teach poses and sequences to improve awareness of breath, body, and mind, creating the opportunity for change. Practice being strong, flexible, centered, and peaceful to improve your quality of movement and your overall well-being.
