All fitness classes at TRUEBODY share a common goal of improving movement quality and creating and developing a well-balanced body. When you move well, you can do more in class, in other sports, and in life. Whether the class is strength, cardio or athletic performance, you will be guided through a total-body workout that will teach your muscle groups to work together efficiently and with natural biomechanics. We focus on improving your functional movement patterns, which correspond to what your body does in every aspect of your life. The goal is to challenge you, but also protect you from injuries both in and out of class.
